In order to make Hearth Summit Detroit affordable for everyone we offer tiered ticket pricing along with up to full needs based scholarships for anyone in need.

Because space is limited, attendance at Hearth Summit Detroit is by invitation only. 

If the fee is a barrier, up to full needs based scholarship support is available, with scholarships offered to as many attendees as needed.

 

If selected to attend the summit, we will follow up with a scholarship application based on your responses on this form. 

Note: Selected participants will receive an email with a link to confirm their spot and purchase a ticket.
